1. Accounts

2. Subscriptions & Payments
Billing: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (Razorpay and Lemon Squeezy) to bill you. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Agreement.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.
Refunds: Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by MailHitch on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of MailHitch.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate MailHitch, a MailHitch employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MailHitch and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MailHitch.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MailHitch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
