You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SigFlow cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SigFlow. The email signatures you create belong to you, but the templates and underlying code belong to us.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall SigFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
