At MailHitch, we strive to provide the best email signature solution for your business. We understand that sometimes things might not work out as planned. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we issue refunds and the process to request one.


1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a "no-questions-asked" money-back guarantee for the first 7 days of your first subscription.

If you are not satisfied with our Pro or Team plans within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us, and we will issue a full refund. This applies only to first-time purchases and not to renewals.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We generally approve refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing cycle.
  • Technical Failures: The software failed to function as described, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Unintended Renewals: If you meant to cancel but forgot, and you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge (provided you haven't used the service during that new period).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally NOT granted in the following situations:

  • Partial Months: If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days. Your access will simply continue until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Change of Mind (After 7 Days): We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" after the initial 7-day guarantee period.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming or fraud), you forfeit any right to a refund.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately from our end via our payment partner (Razorpay/Lemon Squeezy).

However, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing speeds.

To request a refund, please email our support team with your Order ID (found in your email receipt) and the reason for the request.
